More flexibility and exercise well help with most physical activities that you do. So yoga could help a little.

You imply sex is filthy? You say "good" in implication sex is the opposite, "bad".
I believe sex is beautiful, one of the peak expressions of love in a relationship. I personally am happy that my parents had sex, yet you call it bad.
