Just curious :)

I was having a discussion and I realized myself and most of my friends on here seem to be insomniacs and up all night watching anime or gaming.
I usually tend to get between 4-6 hours of sleep per night.
How much do all of you get?
And how often do you sleep? Do you nap a few hours here and there? Or just once at night (or day)?



(I searched for "Sleep" and it found no topics, so I'm guessing this isn't a dupe, which really surprises me)

I would like to sleep for 9 hours... but I usually sleep less. If I realize that I'm gonna get less than 7 hours of sleep, I start to panic and stop everything that I'm doing and head to bed. Yep, I've come to realize the importance of sleep after only getting 3-5 hours in high school.

In the summer, however, is an entirely different story. STAY UP ALL NIGHT YESSS!!!!!!

5- 6 hours during the week and on sundays ill sleep around 11

A lot of people worry that they don't sleep enough. Normal average people will sleep 8-10 a day, but some people don't need that amount of sleep. Some sleep 10, 8, 6 or 4. It depends on how your body works in comparison to your lifestyle.

Well the odd thing with mine is I'm almost always perpetually tired and exhausted, however, that being said, I can't sleep a bunch. lol

Well, it's generally what happens when you have a bad sleeping routine. Your body almost forgets how to rest and sleep.
If you slowly get back into stable routine then you'll find yourself feeling more energetic and healthy as days go by.

I get my 8 hours. More and I have a splitting headache, less and I have a splitting headache.

School: 6-7 hours
Summer: I might stay up for 24 hours and then sleep for 12. No schedule, just chaos. It usually ends up averaging out to about 8 though.

As long as possible. If i dont have plans for the day upwards of 10 if I do I'll sleep until the very last minute. As an average though I'd say 6-9 hours.
