5 - 6 if I'm lucky.

Last night is a prime example of my life, can't get to sleep untill somtime after 3am and woken up for no aparent reason around 8:30am, and cannot get back to sleep.

I'm never actualy certain because I'm used to lying in bed wide awake at ungodly hours.

During the week, it's mostly 6-7... But it's not enough I'm a sleeping machine, I can sleep over 12 hours if I wish. I already slept from 4pm to 9am ...

Sleep is the most important thing there is to staying healthy, even more than good food. If you want good sleep you got to go with nature. The natural time that nature will want to put you to sleep is around 8:30 to 9:30. If you stay up past 10 you will get a second wind and be able to stay up well past 12.

There's two times of fire in the day. One is around noon to help you digest the main meal of the day, and the other starts at 10pm to help your body repair and recuperate from the days activity. However, if your not asleep by then you don't get the healing and you end up feeling like you would if it was noon, you get hungry and a bunch of energy that will make it really hard to sleep. Best thing to do is to stay away from any light by 8:30pm so that your body can start to adjust towards the night, and then get in bed from 9 to 9:30. As long as your laying there you'll get the rest you need, even if you don't fall asleep right away.

You can't try to fall asleep. You can just relax and wait for it. Put your attention on your breath, not your thoughts, and that should help also.

If your on a bad sleep routine, everything is going to be out of wack. Best to stay in tune with nature if you want to live a fulfilling life. If you get really really in tune with nature, you can become more badass than a jedi.

For me it depends on how late I stay up, if I get up at 8am, and go to bed at 11pm, then I'll wake up between 6-7am ... so about 7-8 hours ... however if I wake up at 8am and don't go to bed until 9am the next day, I'll sleep for like 12-14 hours, lol.

At maximum, 6 hours.

On weekends?
At maximum, 15 hours.

At most my body can take 6 hours。
Massive headaches if I sleep more than that。
I can run efficiently on 2 hours of sleep for an entire day。
With 1 hour or less I can function for about half a day。。
