Not much because I'm in the military at the moment. In the forest we rarely get to sleep more than a couple of hours per night but at the garrison we get 6-7 hours per night.

Since I am teaching at night classes on top of my full time job, my work days have turned into 10.5 to 13 hour work days between Monday and Thursday, and Friday is a standard 9-5. I been finding I need more sleep than I am used to. I been sleeping 6-7 hours during the week, which never feels like enough, and one night during the weekend I will sleep 12-13 hours.

Sometimes.... 4 hours. Most days I get 6 hours of sleep.

Lately I've been trying to get into a good sleeping routing but it seems its not working out well. Due to stress, life, and my dog who takes up half the room in my bed, ect. I get about 6-7 hours per night, which is good. But I can't sleep no longer than that or my back will start to hurt.

Too much, usually. Around 9 hours. I'd like to cut it down to 8, but I refuse to use an alarm to wake myself on days when I don't have any need to get up at a specific time, so it's just a matter of having the will power to drag myself out of bed an hour earlier, which I usually don't.
Although that's only days when I don't have to get up at a specific time (days off or when I'm working evenings). When I'm working earlier I usually only get 6-7 hours sleep, so I suppose it kind of balances itself out.
