At the start of highschool I used to get 4-6 hours tops, but as I got older I slowly realised the importance of sleep now I get 7-9 hours.

Everynow and then when I find an amazing anime or a new game, I only get like a few hours . But if I get under 5 hours I end up having naps the next day.

4-5 but i take about 30 minute naps when things have calmed down or i feel like i'm about to collapse -.- its a bad habbit

There is a natural chemical your brain makes to make you fall asleep called melatonin. you can buy it in pill form and take it. It isnt a drug. It's a natural chemical that you aren't getting enough of.

For the past month I've only been getting 4 maybe 5 hours of sleep due to me having problems getting to sleep. Just the other day, my body completely shut down and refused to move.

7-8 hours during week days, then from 11-13 hours on weekends.

SLEEP SCHEDULE FOR MEH

Weekdays (Excluding Friday)
Desired: 7-9 hours
Currently: 5-7 hours =_=

Friday+Weekends
Desired: 11-13 hours
Currently: 3-4 hours o_e

I make up sleep if I have the time. Nuff said.

Not enough at all! I usually do allnighters every two days, because I can't get tired until then, and that's pretty much why I have massive jet lagg each and every day :/

Well the odd thing with mine is I'm almost always perpetually tired and exhausted, however, that being said, I can't sleep a bunch. lol


Possible sleep apnea? 98% of all people with sleep apnea consciously do not know they have it unless someone watches them sleep. and tells them that they do.
