As a future doctor I feel the need to mention that Crunchyroll's sleeping habits are terrible. An adult needs at LEAST 7.5 hours of sleep and no more than 9 hours of sleep. That is every night. Teenagers need more, about 9-10 hours of sleep because their body is changing so rapidly.

Think of your body as a sleep bank. It never forgets how much you owe it, or how much excess it has. If your sleeping 4 hours a night, you will eventually have to make that up in order to be healthy. You might think that you're special and can work off less, which you can for a time, but you will be a much healthier, happier, and productive person if you consistently get a good night's rest.

Can't get to sleep? Pick a bedtime and a wake up time and stick to it. Even on the weekends. If you have a terrible sleep schedule, you will most likely not get much sleep the first few nights, but it is important to lay in bed and rest, only getting up at your desired wake up time. Studies have shown that it helps to turn off the lights an hour before bed and turn them on as soon as you wake up to help shift your body's natural rhythms. It also helps to not eat or drink anything an hour before bedtime.

Ive had sleeping issues for about 6 years now, I get around 2-3 hours sleep everyday
I know you can cure it with drugs, but I don't take any kind of drug. (only if it's prescribed and urgent) . People taken paracetamol AR too frequently IMO
I wish I could develop a sleeping pattern but because it's a medical problem I don't have much ability to do so .... I ave tried thigh, and will continue to do so

At the start of highschool I used to get 4-6 hours tops, but as I got older I slowly realised the importance of sleep now I get 7-9 hours.

Everynow and then when I find an amazing anime or a new game, I only get like a few hours . But if I get under 5 hours I end up having naps the next day.

4-5 but i take about 30 minute naps when things have calmed down or i feel like i'm about to collapse -.- its a bad habbit

There is a natural chemical your brain makes to make you fall asleep called melatonin. you can buy it in pill form and take it. It isnt a drug. It's a natural chemical that you aren't getting enough of.

For the past month I've only been getting 4 maybe 5 hours of sleep due to me having problems getting to sleep. Just the other day, my body completely shut down and refused to move.

SLEEP SCHEDULE FOR MEH

Weekdays (Excluding Friday)
Desired: 7-9 hours
Currently: 5-7 hours =_=

Friday+Weekends
Desired: 11-13 hours
Currently: 3-4 hours o_e

I make up sleep if I have the time. Nuff said.
