How would you survive in SAO?

I would probably join a guild and progress at a slow pace. I kind of imagine myself being someone like Lisbeth where I would focus on supporting the people at the front.

I fight in full armor as a hobby so I'd be somewhere in the lead group smacking stuff around and teaching n00bs not to block with their faces.

honestly, every rpg game. im a soloer. unless its a fast paced game that the level doesn't matter, than im usually defence/ supporter and the troll/invader if im bored and we have a pretty good lead.

I would run as a Mercenary & Raid Leader and occasionally as a Bounty Hunter, tracking down rogue players.
As a Merc, I would hire out to guilds, both large and small, to help train and run with, whether it's for profit or as a favor. Flexibility is the key to team combat with different people. As for Raid Leader, I would fill in an "as needed" role of team leader if the current team leader becomes incapacitated or if there is none for a mission. Leading and teaching are two of my specialties in both gaming and otherwise. Bounty Hunting would be a specialty role in which playing detective and, at times, protector would come into play. I'd rather not kill others and disarm if I can, but if push comes to shove, I'll do as I must. Not being judgmental and having a cooler head are also a plus. |

I would probably solo for a bit and then join a good group/guild to level up with. I defiantly want to be one the front lines fighting even with the risk involved. I'd personally feel like a coward if I stayed back in town to avoid dying and probably only chance I'm going to get to experience living life in totally different world 24/7 like this and I have no choice in the matter might as well life it to the fullest so I have no regrets.
Of course I don't want to die due to the being a dumbass and I would defiantly be on cautious side and over level a healthy amount before moving up. I would use a giant sword one handed and a big ass shield with some light/medium armor but no helmet. I will hopefully I end up unlocking some badass secret skill. I'd like something that when active made me much faster and stronger and almost invincible to damage It'd be a double edge sword though as I can't be healed while active and it would be constantly draining my health while active. |

Very cautiously, I'd grind on the lowest leveled mobs that are still efficient at my level, no reason to take risks.
My skills would probably be primarily defense based. |

I have the feeling he wouldn't go through all this trouble just to let people hack out of his "world that he can intervene in". He wanted to become a god, so he is probably well aware of what everyone is doing? |

i would grind like no ones business, then slowly move up, nothing that would risk my life, but something that got me higher and higher in levels. it would suck to die just before the game was completed, so i would try and avoid risky encounters.
