I'm just curious how other members of CR deal with their sadness or just feeling down.
Personally, it depends on what TYPE of sadness it is (Yeah, different feelings of sadness..) Usually I use music, either sad music that relates (Bad Apple!), or happy stupid music (LILT, etc). Occasionally I'll watch anime that are mindlessly happy, or brainless cartoons. (my newest addition to this would be Nichijou, but in the past I've used Shin Chan, Ouran Host Club, School Rumble) Just curious what other people do XD |

I agree. Most times, I'd listen to music. I mean, if there isn't anyone available to talk to at the moment or something then.. yeah.
Other times, I'd hang out with my friends because usually I forget the purpose of my sadness afterwards. If all fails I'd sleep all day. XD |

I laugh, I got over being sad and upset, it's too much drama, when I'm feeling down, I just laugh at myself, and I feel better. Just go on doing what I'm doing

These. Sadness and anger usually go hand-in-hand with me, after a certain point the sadness gets converted to anger. - Music that organizes my thoughts and feelings. - Working out/finding a way to make myself suffer physically to where I can't think. - "American Dad!" and "Community" usually helps. Roger Smith, Barry, Dean Pelton, Chang, Troy Barnes, and Pierce Hawthorne always seen to be able to put a smile on my face and get me close to neutral. "The Dutchess" does as well, only downside is the DVDs only last a few hours. - Used to heavily rely on food and sugary drink goodness. I still do on occasion but I have a much better handle on it now. |
