Okay. Take today for example. I'm coming home from school, and I hear someone say "Isn't that your friend?"
And the guy goes," Huh?"
"Isn't she your friend?"
"No. I don't know her."
And then there's this silence behind me.

-Workout
-watch something funny
-eat something good
-play with the dogs
-have some good conversations (if these are available)
-introspect & try and change my perspective
-get a good nights rest

Although if it's really bad there really isn't much I can do but weather the storm till it's over.

Exercise, go climbing, put on some chill music and smoke. Then again, I've taught myself sadness isn't worth feeling because it serves no purpose so I don't really feel down at all.

- Go running or swimming.

- Meet some friends at a restaurant, bar, wherever to catch up.

- Watch one of my favorite movies or tv shows.

- Water some plants.
