Hi,

about a month or so I got an one Month-Premium anime accont and was pretty with it till suddenly over half of the animes I watched suddnly "vanished". I contacted the support and they said it has something to do with the geoip database not correctly recognising my posotion (I live in Germany). Now these animes are back and I'm wondering if the system again does not correctly track my position and this is beeing fixed again, cause if so I don't need to think about reactivating my premium subscription...
So could I please have some feedback for this ?

It looks like the system is once again incorrectly reading your location.

If you scroll to the bottom of the page there should be a flag indicating the country you're logged in from.

Right now you're not reading as a location at all, just ZZ.
