You can still send it, the deadline is in a month. I have both sent and received international mail in as little as two weeks including customs, and it is a lot faster in general if it isn't a package. International shipping is a lot cheaper than you would think. Don't quit before you even get started, just try to ship it within a week and it might be okay. Good luck

Otherwise if people in other countries want to design an image or something and send it to me over the web I'd be willing to print it and mail it when I mail mine. I know it's probably not ideal since it isn't like a card but it's an option. Just pm me if you want to.
