will I be able to access things like forums and clubs outside the US like afganistan or kuwait? I know videos wont work and I remember having access to the site when I tried it before but i dont remember the details.

It is all up to who is providing your internet connection. CR only limits what video's are viewable in certain countries. The rest of the site should work just fine unless there is active filtering on your end (Whoever is providing your internet may block CR for various reasons).

Are you military being stationed over seas? If you are going to be using the military's internet you shouldn't have an issue with the site being blocked (Only an issue with not being able to watch all videos)
