I definitely love Sword Art Online~ It's been really great so far with every episode, and I'm always really excited to sit down on Saturdays and watch. The character's and their outfits are gorgeous as well. c:
I also love Tari Tari and Kokoro Connect, as they too have great storylines, and cute characters.

Also, Naruto had a few good moments in an otherwise filler-year:
Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide The little arc with Kushina and Minato was one of the more memorable moments of this year as far as anime goes for me. If I only consider that handful of episodes, it's easily up there with Fate/Zero and Chihayafuru.
Fate/Zero was simply incredible, so that is probably my pick for best, but depending on how the last few episodes of SAO turn out, it may move up the list. I haven't read the original work so I have no clue what's to come. Even so, they are going to have to be pretty damn good to make the series better than Fate or Chihayafuru. |

Kokoro Connect by far, the emotional acting really brings you face to face with the problems these friends are having with Heartseed.
2nd Inu X Boku SS, I love it! Love it, LOVE IT!
3rd Sword Art Online comes in a very close 3rd with awesome art and "gameplay". lol
HM: Tari Tari, Chihayafuru (ended 2012), and Kuroko's Basketball, I haven't got but 3 episodes finished, but I still am a huge fan of it!
