Confident, huh? I'd find that difficult that all you would want is a legitimate confident lady. In some ways, there will always be ups and downs where the lady is not confident. Not only is it for women, but for men as well. The rest, I can agree on. But, like I have mentioned, it shouldn't matter how it is because in the end, she is still a person.

I personally am not hard on myself when it comes to looks and whatnot, I could careless what others think of me, the only thing I care about is winning in races. In that aspect I am hard on my body because I excercise everyday, taking minimal time to nurse any injuries I may get.

I agree, there are ups and downs and yes men go through it too...I myself sometimes. It isn't just a woman's thing, men can post about themselves also...there are a few who replied on here it is welcomed.

I think it's important to take good care of your body. Definitely not the most important thing, but it matters. I don't mean here girls going to beach in full make-up, getting botox every other month at the age of 30, or starving themselves to look like a cloth-hanger. Healthy body always looks beautiful, the body-type doesn't matter as much, and pleasing people's visual senses puts them in better mood
Aside from the body. I noticed that how I act often unconsciously depends on how I take care of myself that day. If I walk all day in old jeans and t-shirts I tend to just bum my day away on insignificant things. My roommate has that too |
