So I'm just wondering if anyone else is like this aha.

I go to the gym all the time, take supplements: put on 10kg in two months (went from 54kg to 64kg) but the thing is I can bench 60kg - 70kg, deadlift 80kg, do 20kg on dumbells and I have my chest to 38 - 40 inches and kept my waist at 28 inches. But then, if I told anyone how much I weigh they might say I'm skinny. But medium shirts are now tight for me haha (Y)

So is anyone else able to gain weight quickly and make it mostly muscle? The more I've been reading, the stranger I think my body is.

You sound like a mesomorph body type man. Not that you're a teen but check out the link below.

EDIT~

Here's another:

My body is the same way but you've got me beat on height. I'm only a tiny 5'6'' but I weigh 185

Unfortunately I'm not very good at adding mass to my body. My weight is pretty static.

In terms of muscle I don't add much bulk, I'm more of the toned type. Definition more than volume.

From what you describe it seems you have a flattering form, a lot of girls dig the broad shoulders and thin waist look on men. The V shape of the torso.

wow another stupid self-serving pointless thread with an attention whore for the OP.
I'm shocked.

Hahahaha.

But serious answer to the OP. Do you feel healthy? Do you think you look okay? If you answered yes to both question then there's no need to really change anything other than maybe improving your fitness goals. If you step up your weight training and eat a good variety of foods you'll gradually gain weight. Like for example, being able to bench your own body weight is good but shoot for 1.5x your body weight. Otherwise go to the gym and talk to a trainer. If you're going to be lazy and post on a forum at least go to bodybuilding.com or something, lol.

That's weird. When I previously trained as an Olympic Weightlifter, I'd put more weight or muscle on. I'm only 5.9 and weigh 115 kilograms and lift almost double you're currently doing.

These numbers arn't to great o.O 6 feet tall 64kg?? thats Twigs... Smehhdium shirts lol
70kg bench? thats only body weight.
80kg Deadlift? hit 3 plates. About 143kg thats a decent deadlift
No squat? Come on dude you dont want to look like a Lightbulb...

I've trained as a personal trainer/power lifter. As of now its on hold.
Muscle weight is easy to gain. But on avg Most people only gain 3-8 pounds a month w/o steroid or prohormones.
"Depends on diet and what they're tryin to gain in lifting"
So gaining 22 pounds in 2 months isn't bad some people do it. my old co-worker could put on 10 pounds in 2 weeks
Cuz he could just eat all day thats why he would diet and workout.
But man those numbers need to go up. I used to be 84kg at 5'8. Bench 138kg, Deadlift 193kg, squat 161kg.
Sadly i'm a lame 73kg and haven't lifted heavy in a few months... due to risk of injury for me gettin into the military...

All I can say is good work in them gym!
Work harder, more will come.
