Excel Saga is an awesome anime and the 80's and 90's have a lot of great series.

I hate this show, it was horrible. Extremely funny in the first episode, but every episode from then was terribad annoying! OMFG. I wouldn't say that is comedy for the 80s - 90s, I believe it goes hand and hand with the horrible humour of our online communities today.
