I just cancelled my Crunchyroll All-access subscription because I didn't want it to automatically renew next month.

What I didn't know was that it ended now and not after 1 month I paid 11.95 dollars for.

In the e-mail I got from crunchyroll they say:

"Your subscription cancellation request for your Crunchyroll All-Access Membership has been processed. Effective immediately, you will no longer be able to enjoy HD-quality video and early access to the hottest titles out there. But don't worry, it's easy to sign up again! Simply visit http://www.crunchyroll.com/premium/allaccess anytime to pick up where you left off."

But if I do that, I have to pay 11.95 dollars again and don't just get my remaining 20 days.

What are my options, and did I just lose my remaining days of anime?

There should be a button for you to cancel membership renewal instead of cancelling your membership.

Of course! You can easily cancel your renewal at any time, online, 24 hours a day with no cancellation fees. Although, there are no refunds for partial subscriptions.



16. I paid for Premium Membership but I don't have access to any of the benefits that come with it, how come?


You canceled your membership subscription.
If your membership is set to expire in less than 30 days and you cancel your membership, you will instantly lose access to the benefits that come with membership.



However, I still suggest that you contact Support. Bjaker is off on weekends so you'll have to wait until Monday to get a response. If you're lucky, he might get on later in the day.

I might have pressed the wrong button, but I still don't see the point of having a cancel button where you lose something you've previously paid to get. There is no benefit for the user in choosing such an option.
