Are you using Android?
It's a known issue that there is a 2-7 hour delay from when the videos are released on crunchyroll and released to the various apps due to technical reasons. With Android this results in missing subtitles (same on Roku).

I have noticed on the android app that PES episode 7 appears to be missing subtitles.
