Funimation has an industry panel on Friday evening at Anime Los Angeles, so they may make announcements there.

Oh..I wonder what they'll get? People are saying Senran Kagura (since its a BOOB anime ). Hetalia (since they have the other seasons), Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai Next (they also have the previous season). They still have Robotics;Notes and Psycho-Pass though. Is it also possible they get Bakumatsu Gijinden Roman?? (since its like Lupin )

Updates to initial message:

Added information on announced CR simulcasts of Hakkenden: Eight Dogs of the East, Ishida & Asakura, and Student Council's Discretion Level 2.
Added studio for Beast Saga.

NOTE: As of the time of this post, the series page for Hakkenden: Eight Dogs of the East doesn't list the same simulcast time as mentioned in Site News post and CR News article.

That isn't premiering until the 12th so don't expect an announcement until closer to then. But, since CR streamed the 1st season, I'd say it's almost certain that we'll see the 2nd season on CR as well.

With Viz apparently having nothing, I think it's safe to say Anime on Demand's lineup is:

- Maoyuu
- Seitokai no Ichizon Lv 2
- Mondaiji-tachi ga Isekai kara Kuru Sou Desu yo?
- Tamako Market
- Sasami-san@Ganbaranai

It makes sense that they have all 3 Kadokawa titles, and they've already hinted they have more TBS series too.

With K ending, that would only leave them with Naruto Spin-Off: Rock Lee & His Ninja Pals as a simulcast. While that would preserve their history of having at least one active simulcast each season, it isn't an exclusive, which from what I recall, would break precedent.

Regarding AoD, I noted in the Anime News UK forum, they had this to say:

Broadcast will be as close to Japan as possible but for at least one of our partners it's only their second season of simulcasts so they're still adapting. We're helping to ease them in before things really ramp up though...

Frankly, I have to wonder who that could be. The only way I could see that is if it were a company that had never been involved with CR before. I have to wonder if they actually meant, "it's only their second season of simulcasts in the UK...".

Isn't it obvious that it's TBS? I mean, TBS series have been simulcast by Aniplex and Mediafactory etc, but last season was the first time that they seemed to license the series out themself. The only other company that would be close to fitting the description is NTV, but they don't have any problems with timeliness.

Given that a monkey wrench that appeared to be thrown into AoD's simulcast plans for certain series after TAN's Darkness snafu, I had expected that those series were sub-licensed from Sentai, much as CR does.

If Sentai wasn't involved, there should have been little reason for AoD to have been affected.

Not that I work or speak for Crunchyroll but... Yes, you should read the first post as well as it says in the comments which are shorts. 12 titles have been licensed so far and 7 are full length while 5 are shorts so the majority is full length.

It's just so happened that most of the ones that premiered first were anime shorts and crunchy got them. Cuticle Detective Inaba, Maoyuu Maou Yuusha premiere tom. are full length series..
