So far it looks meh and anything with a second seasons it looks like I haven't seen the first yet, so I can't jump on those, aside from AKB0048. I have a lot of stuff on my plate anyway so even if this season is a flop for me, which I doubt it will, I'll have plenty to keep me busy. So far I agree. There are sequels I'm interested in as series, movies and OVAs but none of the new series sound terribly exciting. I will give all the shows here and on Funimation a chance however and expect there will be at least the usual 2-5 surprises per season which become favorites even though I wasn't expecting anything from them. If it turns out that I really do have nothing to watch then perhaps I can make a dent in my mountainous backlog of Japanese manga and novels. I know this year has been a surprise. I've enjoyed quite a lot of titles this year, some of which popped out of nowhere at me, so that's nice. I hope 2013 can pull off the same. But as I've said I have quite a lot on my plate. I've restarted Detective Conan from the beginning, subbed (up to episode 112), having not seen it since Cartoon Network, and I'll be doing the same with One Piece soon as well. Plus I have a multitude of older titles to choose from as well as recent series I've put off and would like to start. There are some series I need to finish, too. Actually, I wouldn't mind a flop season or two if it meant I could really catch up on things. |

Yes, with a solid 3+ super faves in every season of 2012 it is possible I will have overly high expectations for 2013. 2011 didn't seem quite as good, perhaps just faded memory. |

Stay away from the forums, who am I kidding???

Fall has been really....lackluster for me so far. I have some shows I'm really enjoying but not that much. Winter just looks to be AMAZING
AKB0048 Next Stage o_O Haganai S2 o_o Vividred Looks amazing~ Mondaijitachi could be fun~ Senran Kagura I'm a bit hesitant cause the manga got kind of annoying at times Puchimasu should be great! If Love Live DOES show up I just know it's going to be great~ Mangirl looks interesting! Good Job Club looks great~ Yama No Susume looks great as well~ Ai Mai Mi looks great~ And I'm sure I'll get surprised by others during that season~ Fall I was only looking forward to 2 or 3 shows, and I ended up keeping up with six or seven of the new ones, bringing my total fall watchlist up to about 14 Compared to the normal watchlist which I have 25-26 shows at once, it's been a very sad thing. Though I guess this quarter I've been especially busy (and I caught up on shows that I had on hold) so it wasn't a total loss. I'd be perfectly fine if that list I gave was all that I liked this season~Keeping up with 24+ shows is kind of hard |

I'm not much a gamer nowadays, but I'm a bigger anime fan than I ever used to be

Nice Ok, my new list of anticipated shows that I hope CR will get: Sasami-San @ Ganbaranai Ore no Kanojo Maoyuu Maou Yuusha Puchimas (anime short pick) Mondaijitachi ga Isekai Unsure about but will probably watch: Cuticle Tantei Kotoura-San Senyuu I get the feeling CR will not be picking up Senran Kagura as much as I would like to see it here |

believes that D-Frag and Nisekoi deserve an anime

Well for me..
AMNESIA Chihayafuru S2 Hakkenden Cuticle Detective Inaba |
|
|
|
|
So far the aniplex titles this season are:
Vividred oresama sasami san So we can expect CR to pick up those two, Funi will likely get haganai 2 and sentai getting sasami san is a sure thing since its a tbs anime (though aniplex has a hand in the production). |

Wont be on nearly as much due to school. Sorry.

Even Fall 2012 was more than Fall 2011. The more they get, the better the odds of finding some that you like. I often see nothing on the card I am interested in and then find two or three that I like after all when I see the first reactions to the new season or catch the first episode or two myselgf. |

ANN lets us know that Beast Saga is confirmed for January.
http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2012-11-13/beast-saga-to-premiere-in-january And FansubDB has returned Love Live! to their Winter page saying it will be a January anime. Countdown has held steady to it being a Spring 2013 anime. And the mods at MAL are also stubbornly insisting that it will premiere in January. MAL doesn't exactly have a great tack record at this. Countdown tends to have a much higher rate of accuracy than MAL so I am still leaning towards Countdown being right absent any new compelling evidence. |
