January and March could both be wrong. Shoshun, early spring is a New Year's greeting but as a date it usually refers to the same day as Setsubun, February 3rd or 4th depending on the lunar calendar. Spring starts the next day in Japan, not March 21 like here. February premier would make it a winter anime by TV season.

FansubDB also added Zettai Karen Children: The Unlimited as a Winter series. Since Sentai licensed the original as Psychic Squad , I imagine they'll probably license that too and Crunchyroll will likely get both.

That also confirms it's a 3 minute series since it's taking Chitose Get You's timeslots (note that AT-X airing is different, but the other slots are the same). But it is a Takeshobo series so that was obvious anyway.

EDIT: Countdown has the Sasami-san series as premiering on January 11th at 1:25 a.m JST. It premiering on TBS was already known.
Also, ANN updated the news on the Spring series Dansai Bunri no Crime Edge with the director(same director as the Fate/Stay Night anime) and animated by Studio Gokumi. Since Gokumi is essentially neo-Gonzo, I like that choice.
