Better to have something to look back rather than nothing when you're older. Unless I know someone well enough, I wouldn't accept a confession. My advise try to hang out with him, get his number (apparently you have his number), call him, get to know him better, go out with him, and then confess. Who knows maybe he confesses to you. If it's too late to do that then yeah go ahead and confess. Also a lot of people I know would get psyched if they meet a girl who watches anime and plays video games.

But it's not a few years yet.. so... yea. Why didn't you confess to girls? I mean some girl was probably waiting for you on prom night or such.
