FYI everyone, but OP posted this 9/18/12 . I'm sure the situation has resolved itself by now. My guess is they are happy together and own a restaurant.

A beutiful girl I love for 4 years now and I haven't done anthing to have a serious relationship with her yet. Though I believe and have a proof that she shares the same feelings. I could easily aproach her and be her boyfriend but because of strange reason I don't and leave time passing by.

a girl is a girl right? if he's really into you he'll probably have taken the first step but he didn't. (shy type or not) I mean if you really like someone right? you'll go get it whatever the cost but in his case he just uhm, let you slip away? so confessing to him is out of the question i guess :))
