What do you see yourself in the game?

	Permalink Reply Quote Posted 9/19/12, edited 9/19/12 When it comes to playing games.Do you see the avatar your playing as yourself like an alter ego or your actual self, or you see yourself as a third party guiding their actions like a bug on their shoulder called a "conscious". Of course, It doesn't have to be a "one size fits all" answer. Like for example, When I play a multiplayer online games like "runescape"I see the avatar as myself but as a female one I see the avatar as my alter ego.If I play offline games like "skyrim" I see myself as third party as a bug on my avatar's shoulder, of course sometimes as an alter ego.
