I hate both parties... and if you haven't figured out by now neither one gives a shit about the rest of the people in the world. They only care about us when it comes to election year and still really only care about the people that donate money to their cause in some way or another. Corporations, celebs, etc. the people that are able to advertise for them... I'm so sick of all the news channels being caught contradicting themselves as well as the both candidates saying shit that is opposite what they were saying just months prior. They are treating us like idiots because they know that no matter what they say we have to pick one of them, and therefor they stay in power. i could go all day with this crap but the guy above said it "who cares". I tell you what would cause a huge media craze that would be if everyone who feels so discouraged when it comes to this time of year they would vote for the independent candidate. don't be scared they wouldn't allow him to win because our vote doesn't matter the electoral vote is what matters and they are all made up of dems and reps, but would be our chance to voice how we feel about both parties and their lies.

I'm voting for Obama. I've heard one too many things out of the Republican party that just appalled me over the past year alone to even consider voting for them.

This will be the first time I've ever voted.

You guys scare me. How can you not vote for anyone?

You all need to watch them answer a few questions and vote based off of that. Who answered the questions properly? Who was more charismatic? Who seems like he actually cares?

Please vote!!!!!!

The dog thing is almost enough to make me go vote for obama, despite how pointless it would be.

And him eating a dog years ago in another country is unworthy of being a president...why? and what is the big deal about eating a what humans eat: ANIMALS? and why should this thread be locked? To avoid conflict? That's what keeps a forum active. If two people agree on everything, one of them isn’t necessary. One of the most boring things you can read is everybody who is in complete agreement on all points.

I am voting for Romney...I do not want a President who does not have a back bone and stand up for this country. I for one think that making everyone having to pay for Obama care and if not you will be fined is stupid, plus it will be a tax and Obama said no tax raise for people making a certain amount...yeah good job genius. Also I am a Patriot, anyone who will support taking One Nation Under "GOD" out of the pledge of allegiance is not someone who supports America. Obama also plans on letting out 1/3 of the Guantanamo Bay prisoners go...lets see what will happen when they decide to take revenge on us and attack us again. Another thing....what has he done for the country??? I mean please give me actual facts that show that he is helping the Economy instead of passing bs legislation that will make us go into further debt, also raising taxes on the richer class...which I am not necessarily happy about how much less the richer pay for taxes...but who employs you? Who gives you a job whether it is a part time, seasonal, or full time??? If you make the richer business pay more then that means less promotion, less pay raise for everyone. No I really do not think that either political party is ideal...if you read my profile I hate politics and wish it would go away. But I would rather have a President that will stand up for the country and believe in the people instead of talking bad about his country and his people that he is supposed to represent. Also some of you need to realize that Obama has gotten the military to learn civil law. There is no reason for the military to know civil law. Also all of these Governement agencies buying ammo, guns, ext....why does the National Weather Service need ammo??? He will put this country under marshal law if he does not get re-elected. He has anyone who knows secrets about his questionable background hushed...look at his old priest. He made so many promises for his election campaign and has not delivered on any of it. All he is, is political and could care less about the people who voted for him. I do not like Obama, I have never gotten a good feeling with him and will continue to not like him. I personally believe that if you are going to vote for Obama then you do not support America and want to ruin this country. Some of you may not like what I have said, but this is my belief so just deal with it.

After reading through this thread, I have to wonder why I thought it would be wise to even click on the topic in the first place considering this website and discussions on past topics (even those not focused on politics)
