I didn't even say anything, I just sprinted out of the bar as soon as I realized he was grabbing my arm and trying to grind on me.

This dude at my work started talking to me and asked if I was gay. I told him no. Then he starts asking me if I want to "experiment". I politely tell him no, but every couple months he kept coming back to me asking me if I would reconsider. Get the hint already, dude!! I told my girlfriend and she just laughed. I now realize that I probably could have reported him to HR for sexual harassment... I know that would have been a little extreme, but it got to the point where I would try to avoid him at all costs. It was pretty uncomfortable. It could have been because I had an administrative position at the time which is a career dominated by females. He probably got the wrong idea. I just needed a job! Never again will I accept a "woman's" job. Not trying to be sexist or anything. Just saying from personal experience.
