While searching for K anime works relatively well, I know from experience a lot of people don't know how to search effectively. From what I understand, the reason from the title change of Working! to Wagnaria! was less about there already being a U.S. series about that name (you can't copyright titles, and it is difficult to trademark them), and more about making it easily searchable for English speaking audiences.
