Fansubbers might have it up on Saturday or sometime afterwards. Is it really that difficult to wait a few days to watch it legally?

If they show it early--cough TAN cough--then they get into legal difficulties and have to pull the show from the site.

The fansubs you are seeing are based on recordings of a satellite channel (CS-Asahi) that airs it first.
