If im bored it generally means I have done everything i need too plus anything else I could think of. Only happened once and all I did was ask my boss what to...eventually he ran out of things...then i was really dying of boredom. Unfortunately I don't sit in front of a computer...

Try getting into browser games.
Kongregate
Big Fish Games
EA Play4Free
Facebook games

Other suggestions:
Read forums
Listen to Pandora Radio
look at anime charts from neregate
Browse Amazon
Get apps for your phone
Start on Mondays stuff...
get a piece of paper and draw?
talk with co-workers?
Get lunch or food
take a nap...
write a novel
finally don't get bored so easily lol!

hope that is enough suggestions :)

Edit: almost forget best of all watch gangnam style over and over lol

Unemployed.
But if I were employed and was bored during my break I would likely listen to music, check my social networking sites, play games on my phone, read manga off my phone, that kind of thing.

I used to take a walk to the server room (in a different building) every time I had finished a task at work as a software developer, it was at least cool and gave me a chance to relax for 5 mins, sometimes random people would stop me walking through the office to fix stuff, so everything worked out for the best in the end.

When work bores me, i roam around and help others and then i realize that they are working harder than me and that gets me pump's-up to work and get rid of the low bored moods and get things done as it should be

well, i don't think we can help with 4 hours. try get work done for tomorrow.

what i suggest you do, is buy a:
mini survellence cam that can be set up and taken down daily. most likely one with its own battery and wireless.

you can watch movies all day without worrying about getting caught if you have the survallence screen open 24 seven.

a friend of mine uses his old android phone and hides it on a shelf outside his office. skypes it with a computer that uses a kvm switch and a mini computer he brings and and connects every day. he'll play games and everything.

I use the computer to play some random games or surf the internet (check Facebook, fantasy football, Crunchyroll, Youtube, etc.) or read the news.

I leave my office and hang by the break room or lounge and just chat with coworkers.

Sometimes it's nice to just be able to go outside, breath some fresh air, and take a short walk.

I don't mind it at all. I work as a COO at a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit business organization, started by a long-time friend who recruited me after I graduated from college and hooked me up with the cushy office job. To be honest, if I didn't have him as a connection and networked with him and his contacts, I probably would not have been able to land the job and hop up the "corporate ladder."

Since my boss is my friend, we already have established trust and we work well together. He knows what to expect of me, and I know what to expect from him. I get a lot of flexibility in terms of my schedule, being able to work at home when I want to, getting days off, etc.
