Changing Premium Membership to Anime Only Membership

I'm currently on the free trial at the moment which expires in October. 14th I believe.

I was wondering if changing from the premium to anime only would affect the usage to the ps3 as it might be required for the ps3 to have full membership to work. I don't know if that's true or not. Perhaps it would only remove the Drama shows.
I would appreciate a verification on this! Thanks a lot.

While I'm at it, are there any planned updates that you know off hand?
It's still crashing ever so often but closing it and returning or resetting the ps3 seems to work.

(Although the problem at the moment is our net's tower is down so the sluggishness is by no means ya'lls fault! =P )
However, even before the tower was down, it does like to 'end' the episode a quarter or half way into the episode sometimes, popping up with the ' Next episode will start in 3...2...1... " when its barely 5 minutes into the show.

Anyway! Rambling. I eagerly await your reply!

but it's like this. you sign up you will get anime with no ad for sure.
and i'm sure you can watch drama you will just need to watch advertisement with it.
and it's crashing not because of ps3, it's just the way the code is written. not very well


His post isn't long at all and it is actually refreshing to see a new user actually using complete sentences and punctuation.

The anime membership will work just fine with the PS3. Just as long as you have at least one of the premium memberships, it should work. You will of course not be able to watch the Drama titles.

CR is constantly working on improving the PS3 app so you can be assured that there is an update in the works. Customer Service posts updates about the PS3 app in the PS3 thread stickied at the top of this forum. As for the episodes ending after 5 minutes, and the "Next episode will start in 3, 2, 1" message, that is caused by an unstable internet connection. If you lose connection at any time during the playback, the CR app assumes that the episode has ended and no longer continues to load the video and will then queue up the next episode. I have not seen CR say anything about if they are able to change the app to fix this problem, only that they have acknowledged that this problem exists.

As for the spell checker not working, CR has no built in spell checker. Make sure that your browser's built in spell check is enabled.

Thanks so much for you hasty response. I'll be sure to check the PS3 forum for the updates then.

Also, I didn't know that was my browser's spell check. It's the first time it has ever appeared. Ha ha.

The " Episode Ending " makes sense since the net isn't all that great out here anyway. Out in the woods, you can't get the most reliable service!

Thanks, but I already changed the selection in account settings to Anime Only or is there something else that I do not know? =P

(note: I'm still on the free trial at the moment.)
