Himiko is a Btooom! player and the female protagonist of the Btooom! manga series. She has a crush on Sakamoto and cooperates with him in the Btooom! game. She is a young high school girl with bright blue eyes and long, blonde hair, making her look like a foreigner. Her hair is wavy and parted to the right, exposing a part of her forehead.

Ryouta Sakamoto
VA: Hongou Kanata
He is the protagonist of the manga Btooom!. Ryouta is an elite player of the Btooom! game and has been nominated to participate in the real life Btooom! game. He is a regular guy in his twenties with an average height and weight. Sakamoto has light brown hair and brown eyes. He wears a dark grey, buttoned shirt and regular black pants. He also wears a black belt. As any other Btooom! player, he has an IC chip implanted into his left hand.

Hmm, apparently a raw version aired on Nico Live. Well, not bad so far. A lot of explosions going off with one of the bombs going off in a explosive fashion. Yup, a lot of action and violence so far. There was some Himeko fan-service but nonetheless, this was definitely an entertaining watch that reminds me of the manga, Cage of Eden in a way.

Off to a good start here for this series.

I'm pretty sure this series gets dark, kinda like Gantz. First episode seemed kinda typical. Protagonist is in a pinch. Protagonist has little to no idea what's going on. Protagonist survives.

Oh well. I'm sure it will get a lot better.

Be prepared for lots of rape.

It reminded me of that series too! It also reminded me in some ways Cage of Eden given the setting. I pray someday that manga will get an anime adaptation.

been reading the manga long before this was even suppose to come out lol. im going to wait a couple of eps before I start watching so that the anime can caught up to the manga

We'll see. For most of the episode I felt the MC was too stupid to live. :)

I enjoyed it, gonna see how the next few episodes go.
