Now, that was an intense episode of combat. Good fight, Miyamoto. GOOD FREAKING FIGHT.
I expected the outcome even if it was very difficult from the start. Let's not also forget the in game marriage between Sakamoto and Himiko. Wow, just wow. This episode achieved satisfaction for me.

Great stuff, action, principles from all characters, I like it enough to make it a fave and order all the manga. Should be fun to compare to the original work. Much more to this series than I had expected with a video game premise.

I'm surprised Taira didn't collapse sooner from that bite. Actually, I'm more surprised he doesn't need an amputation because of the bacteria in the kamodo dragon's saliva. I thought it was faster acting than that.

so now give sakamoto try to reason with ralf rip-off but don't give blah cause is warzone & oh got back in kira's lawyer has gone crazy lawyer.
tried to escape to later follow with taira finger chop & kidnap himiko as well so now sakamoto to rescue.
get the girl rescue, kaboom the crazy lawyer, as for rip-off ralf give tough person all it take gas bomb melt him away with combine time bomb cue kaboom.
now sakamoto & himiko are but yer evil host is watching it with secret viewers seeing it all.

Not a bad episode overall imo although not too much happened. There's this issue of "trust" going around I think as the game of Btooom! has betrayals among players. Dangerous game is dangerous tbh.

so in longer being in the island only matter til tempt by dark side to any means to get off the island yet really other players are doing like dump them to giant lizard to boom show evil host & ceo boss like it.
sakamoto & himiko alone time with some talk cue oh mystery person which later is one arm female who was a nurse got sent to the island with a doctor she know.
during do killing til 6 chips cue doctor betrayal & left her in the island so after hearing story yet sakamoto got idea hi-jack chopper with boom to escape.
but twist oh the doctor the nurse mention is back again (can you say evil company are such a troll).

The game maker is evil they need to BTOOM him and the company execs.I never thought of how the video game industry is so competive and this anime takes it to the extreme for gaming.Just a thought.

Meh i was rooting for sakamoto and himiko, but didnt know they were 22 and 15 years old. Now its just weird.

I liked episode 8 even though it wasn't super fast paced. I am into the manga for this now as well... The manga is more, errr, detailed shall we say... very good! Great in both printed form and animated media.
Video games, pay per view snuff... what will they think of next?

The manga is still better then the anime 
So far the anime is great though !
Also i feel like karma is playing a huge role in btooom, so im really looking forward to what might happen to the game developers (The manga isnt even this far, so i wont class it as spoiler) |
