For example I'm currently watching an episode in 480p and English sub. My currently profile configuration is 720p and Portuguese sub ( The example anime don't have Portuguese sub).

At this point everything is ok, but when Crunchroll load the next episode, the episode turned to 720p and SPANISH sub.

The video changed to 720p is ok because of my profile (but I think if I changed it in the current session, is better to maintain the session value, for example my currently connection is slower than my house internet).
Now the Spanish sub, I don't understand why Crunchroll loaded in Spanish, this may be a bug or a unknown resource that I don't understand.

The whole point of having a default in your profile is to make it load that resolution by default. If you want to have it change based on your location, you should just change the setting when you move, it is pretty easy to do. As for the subs, what do you have your default language set to in your video settings? I have not personally seen any anime that had Portuguese subs.

Just add a way to choose the subtitle. If not possible, maybe try to load my profile setting for subs language, if the drama/anime don't support this language, just bring the default.

Like I asked, what do you have your default video language set to?

I had portuguese language setted, there two anime with portuguese sub. But that not the problem.

I watched the video with english sub, when I change to the next episode the video comes with spanish subs instead of english.

We do not fully support Portuguese subtitles yet.
Once it is fully integrated this will work correctly.

As I said the problem is not the portuguese subtitle. Is the SPANISH subtitle.

I'm watching using english but when I change to the next episode the subtitle changes to SPANISH, it's need to be in english.

Perhaps try changing your default language to English?

As I said, we do not fully support Portuguese subtitles yet.

The autodefault for ANY language if there are not subtitles available is Spanish rather than English.
I'm not sure how that happens.

Once we have fully integrated support for Portuguese, rather than default to Spanish it will default to English.

I apologize for any frustrations, but for the time being I would change your language in Video Preferences to 'English (US)' and when we announce that we fully support Portuguese things should be good!
