Excluding Pokemon (watched since I was a kid) I was a gamer and a writer. Tbh I don't know how I didn't die of boredom. Then I watched Avatar the Last Airbender and I wanted to watch more animation ever since.

My life sucked horribly, but that was probably due to the neglect and lack of affection I received as opposed to the lack of anime.
My taste in pornography has deteriorated while my hidden obsession for cute things has increased. Not sure what the correlation is there but there ya go.

Nowhere. Haha, but in all seriousness I've always considered myself a complete dork. Fantasy and sci-fi, movies and video games, etc. It was really only a matter of time before I was engulfed in anime.
I'm not sure I'd consider myself an Otaku... but I do consider Crunchyroll one of the smartest investments I've made in a long time, and I do have a custom made Kokoro Connect mousepad... soo.....

hehehehe I was somewhat of a nerd myself... well I still am...... I remember when I just started watching anime... I had already familiarized myslef with DOS commands....and I'd run into a wall ever so often.... then anime came about in my life.... and it was very interesting to know that weird S*** goes on in others peoples brains as well. so when I started becoming more advanced in programming I'd run into more walls. thats when anime would ease my mind... so thank god I have something to rely on when my brain gets cramped.

i grew up with pokemon, dragon ball z, yu gi ogh.(who didnt watch them) I watched them in kindergarten.Later watched naruto. I didnt really like them but my brothers did so I got the game and got into it. I stopped anime after a while. My brothers watched naruto on tv. I never watched it. Many years later, they hate anime(kinda still like pokemon) and I am a total anime freak. I watch toonami(when its on), I watch anime everyday..and well they do not. They missed out.
I guess I was kinda bored alot. There is nothing to do where I live so...yeah. I hung out with friends. Now I am more cheerful, not as bored, and still hang out with friends. (i like came to a new world) :-)

I got started off as a kid with DBZ pokemon and then Inuyasha so there was never really a point before anime. Anyway I tend to keep my anime loving now as a teenager down to a low key as to not attract any unwanted attention lol
