New Fall Titles: My Little Monster and Blast of Tempest

Keikawa, here, hijacking Lugiamania's thread with more title announcements!

Earlier we announced the launch of a new title, My Little Monster, also known as Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun! Now we've got another title for you: BLAST OF TEMPEST!!!

Blast of Tempest will kick off on Thursday, October 4 at 12:00 pm Pacific Time for premium members located in the following territories: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa.

Here's a little sample to whet your appetite:
"The Kusaribe family is a family of sorcerers under the protection of the ‘Tree of Origins.’ Their princess, Hakaze Kusaribe, was the greatest sorceress of their family. But Samon Kusaribe, a member of their family seeking to resurrect the ‘Tree of World's End,’ a tree that opposes the ‘Tree of Origins’ and controls the power of destruction, stuffs her into a barrel, and banishes her to a deserted island.

From the deserted island, she sends a message out to sea, which is picked up by Mahiro Fuwa, a young boy who's sworn vengeance upon the criminal who killed his little sister, Aika. Mahiro agrees to help Hakaze under the condition that she find Aika's killer with her magic. But once Mahiro's best friend and Aika's lover, Yoshino Takigawa is rescued from danger, he too gets dragged into this tale of revenge."

My Little Monster will be available today, October 1, at 10:30am for our premium users! For free users, the first episode will be available a week later, on October 8 at the same time.

My Little Monster will be available for the following territories: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, North America, Central America and South America.

My Little Monster is based off of the manga Tonari no Kaibutsu-kun by Robico, and is being animated by Brain's Base. The series stars voice actress and singer Haruka Tomatsu as the main female character Shizuku Mizutani, with Tatsuhisa Suuki opposite her as Haru Yoshida.

This is a love story revolving around the impassive girl Shizuku Mizutani, whose only interest is in studying, and the trouble-making boy, Haru Yoshida, who is absent from school after getting into a fight. Asked to deliver some handouts to Haru at his home, Shizuku suddenly finds herself the target of his affections. My Little Monster is a story about a boy and a girl who struggle with love and friendship, and discovering that opening yourself up to other people forces you to become honest with yourself.

With how much Sentai has gotten by comparison, I wonder what is going on with Crunchy...they have record membership so I doubt they are short on funds but they are being lapped by a company which is basically the leftover of ADV (albeit one which is doing much better of late).
