This series and Say "I Love You" should really follow up with a second season!! They're so freaking good!! I really wouldn't understand why if they decided not too... (-.-)

I agree they both need second seasons. Sukitte ii na yo / Say I Love You is at chapter 16/39 after 9/13 episodes while Tonari no Kaibutsu kun / My Little Monster is only at chapter 14/43 after 10/13 episodes so there is no hope of it finishing this season unless they do something ridiculous like skipping 20 odd chapters.

BTW, I picked up BD #1 of the show. The Haru and Shizuku cover of the 1994 song Ai ga umareta hi, the day love was born is great! Haven't even watched the Blu - ray yet but I've already listened to the song three times LOL...




I feel like that is the biggest monster/protective beast scene in the episode and I loved it, I kept trying to figure out what was Haru's though process as a character in that scene or weather he was just letting himself act on instinct but held some restraint. That said, poor Yamaken indeed : P and yey for Natsume's atempts to cheer up Ooshima "Emotional Online support communities" lol

I like the end scene when Shizuku was on the way to winter cram school with Yamaken kun and she just snapped at Haru . That delivery of those 2 lines were really good. Haru no Baka indeed !!! as Yamaken said

Speaking of the BAka. line.

I remembered sparing with my Japanese senpai at the dogo, he got a little too rough , throw me a bit too fast and I said it out loud, as I just landed heavily on the mat , looking up at him " Senpai no Baka !!" , he kinda stopped ,looked at me ,apologized and said "oh yeah,I guess I taught you those wrords too" lol....... then helped me get up.

I really enjoy this anime , now I really want to know why is Haru acting that way with Christmas and stuff and what was he trying to do to Yamaken kun

i feel a troll ending for this and many other series this season, because none of them have failed yet none of them have been over the top great, simply very good anime

A troll ending? It won't finish the manga so either we get a special anime ending if they think there will be no season two or OVAs or we get a cliffhanger if they know/hope for a second season.

Does anyone know if the opening theme song is on itunes? I really want it but I've been unsuccessful in finding it. Can someone confirm if it is indeed absent/present on itunes? And if it's absent, do you have any idea when it will be released? Thanks so much

Thanks for the link, but I'm only looking for a digital version. I don't use CD's (I know you can rip the music from CD's but that's too much work for one song). But thanks again

Start iTunes. Insert disc... wait... songs start ripping (configurable, by default it may ask if you want to rip). Doesn't seem like much work to me iTunes Japan won't sell me tracks but Amazon Japan will gladly ship them to me, the strange world of licensing... sigh...

I just don't want a physical disc or deal with importing (I should also mention that my ultra-thin laptop does not support CD's; no slot). Unlike most people, I dislike physical discs and love digital media. Sorry to seem annoying (I'm not trying to). I appreciate the help, though.

No, it's not on iTunes, at least not yet. There's always the chance it will show up in a few months. I've found quite a few OPs/EDs have been brought over in recent years, but it really is hit-and-miss.

I wish they got better at making these available, but like hpulley said, that's licensing for you.
