That was licensed by Sentai, but unlike previous seasons, not all of their simulcasts are going to be on CR.
The 3 TBS shows in specific (Chunibyo being one of them) are going to be Anime Network exclusives.

Funi has it so no it will never be a part of CR's library and its getting poor sales too so I wouldn't expect another season.
I can't watch anything on funi because of hulu. Its really kind of stupid how its not availaible in Canada
They might put it on Youtube soon so that might be coming. You can check their channel and see.

I just finished reading about this over on Anime Network... so it looks like they will be simulcasting Hidamari, Busou Shinki and Chunibyo for premium members only... looks like it's time to renew my AN subscription.
They do also list 4 shows as being free coming to the AN site in November... those being Btoom, Girls und Panzer, Medaka Box, and From the New World... which I'm guessing those will be the shows that CR will be simulcasting.

Considering From the New World & Btoom are already announced on CR, it's not much of a stretch to assume the other 2 (Medaka Box Abnormal & Girls und Panzer) will fill 2 of the 4 remaining TBD boxs on the Lineup page ( http://www.crunchyroll.com/lineup )
Especially considering S1 of Medaka is already here, and all 4 of those are listed as Free when they do come in Nov., which is what they usually do with their CR delaycasts.

Oh right I forgot they already announced From the New World...
I had a feeling though that AN was going to be doing some of their own simulcasts this season as they had tweeted about "big news coming" yesterday. All I know is that AN has succeeded in getting me back as a paying subscriber, at least through this season. Not so sure about Busou Shinki but the other two shows are worth a monthly subscription to me.
