If you watch at Funimation.com, it is supposed to switch to Funimation's own player if you are detected as being from Canada.
Certainly if one is an EVS member, they don't use Hulu. That said, I have noted often if I tried a simulcast too soon, it would appear in a Hulu player (complete with ads and standard resolution), but if I waited until the next day, I could view it via the Funimation player (which as an EVS member, gave no ads and the option of HD).

Why might it be the goodanime.net already has the firs 2 episodes out in raw? To me, it seems like there could have been special preview showing somewhere in Japan/on a Japanese site or (more unlikely) Japanese workers handed the first 2 episodes to the site.

I remembered you had posted that info, but missed that is was in reply to the same message.
FWIW, I did point out that exclusivity only pertained to the North American market. That would be a rather important distinction for anyone in the UK.

Per FansubDB, there was a preview airing of the first two episodes on niconico.jp on September 29, beginning at 11:30 PM JST.

If I understand what you're asking, then no they won't. The continuing titles list is just what didn't finish airing last season and is still currently airing... examples would be long time running stuff like Naruto or something like Sword Art Online which is 26 episode or so long series that started last season and is continuing into this one.
Hopefully that answered your question.

They will, however, normally add more to the New Simulcast Titles list. Indeed they already have ~ it started out with around 9 boxes, and now its up to 12.
