Nonsense. Just make sure to always run as root while you're browsing javascript and flash enabled porn sites and you'll be fine.

Sucks what happend to you though. Identity theft is a big problem and a lot of times there isn't much you can do. I hope you bank is deligent about the investigation and goes further than just rolling back the changes to find out what caused this.

if anyone tried to buy stuff with my money they would get hit with "Insufficient funds"....story of my life.
