I can totally understand that. Sometimes you just have to ignore that logical part of your brain in order to enjoy a show. I have big problems with this when watching BTOOOM!.

BTOOOM is about bombs, boobs, video games, NEETs, and a bit of Battle Royale / Lord of the flies so I put my logical brain aside quite readily for that one. For Pyscho Pass I was thinking about Philip K Dick so I was trying to keep my brain online but now that I am just enjoying the ride it is much more fun.

Edit: I had problems with BTOOOM initially, you can read about it in the thread. But rewatching now I don't have a problem and I've bought the first BD and ordered more. And bought and read all nine volumes of the manga... And preordered the tenth volume. I can be wrong, I admit that.

mmm I didnt thought of that much either ...well

Ko chan is suppose to be off as Akane said while they were in the car and It seems an Inspector can take them out as it was the case in episode 9. Although this one is not an official excurssion of sort but i believe Akane chan is really worried for her friend. So I think procedures and rules end up getting bent.

i guess this episode is showing us how she thinks and how her feelings leads her and so her emotions and worries are dictating her actions.

Ideally she would have checked that location where her friend is and question it? I would. Clearly it would show that it is a questionable location and then you wonder why there . Something must be wrong .A missing person should be filed especially it has been 24 hours.

Somehow I let that thought go since I accept the fact that Akane is a newbie and she is bound to make mistakes as she had done in episode 1. She is not thinking as a detective yet as her inexperience shows.

I can understand the struggles Akane chan is having and maybe that is the point of this episode aside from the fact Makishima is setting up the play.
This anime is indeed humanizing their characters .

I am a Left Brain which is the logical part at work but I am also a right brain from my acting training, music training , art exposure
So i can see both side lol....

Cant wait to see how this story about Makishima pans out, such an interesting antagonist yet we dont know much about him

I like the series so far, my only gripe is Funimation's site. No offense, but it sucks.

I like Funimation and the great anime there. Even when the website is working too many clicks to see the next show.

An overlooked fact Psycho-Pass if it was real and available we wouldnt be seeing the mass shootings or other crimes if we had this. The wrters have a good perspective from current society. That being said it is just really getting there.BTW go read on Methuselah son of NOAH and a group of plays by George Bernard Shaw.Pretty interesting.

I don't like Funi's site. I only watch two shows there, this one and Robotics Notes though neither one is must watch for me so I am not paying for Elite, I am watching ads there... $8/month for two shows seems like a bit much but if I need to watch some Elite only library titles I will join again.

There are good and bad things about a real life Psycho Pass. I think my thoughts should be mine alone! What if watching anime gives me a cloudy hue when in reality I would never commit such a crime? Would I need to watch bland shows to avoid clouding my hue? Yellow green, yellow green, yellow green!

Love Shaw, great stuff.

As mentioned two posts and quoted above, it is on Funimation. Funimation has the rights to it so Crunchyroll won't likely be getting it, almost 0% chance though they have shared rarely in the past. Funimation isn't as nice but they have free ad supported or payed Elite membership so give them a try before you get fansubs.

Theres a lot of good stuff over at Funi, But I agree they're streaming setup sucks. I pay for the EVS there also because I hate commercials. As far as their simulcasts go I watch Psycho Pass, Robotics;Notes, Jormungand, Code Breaker and OniiAi. Plus theres just a lot of stuff in their catalog I want to see. The site itself though needs major improvements. They should just give up and affiliate with Crunchy for the good of the anime community in North America. (wishful thinking, I know)

Funi's dubbing and disc distribution with Crunchyroll's streaming and better site would be a great match, I agree!

I dropped OniiAi after a few episodes but perhaps I should have stuck with it...

I know a lot of people hate harems and brocon but I thinks its funny. The thing is Akito writes the incest novels that Akiko likes. However I have found out that they are not blood related better keep watching. And I just watched Black Lagoon including the 5 OVAS with Roberta.People are already blaming media for the violence in CT shooting but it came down to one person going beserk.

It's 22 episodes, according to both ANN and MAL.
