I have read the manga - though only after having stumbled across the anime by accident. I was really in awe of the visual graphics of the anime, it's done beautifully, though some people dislike the camera angles, I love them. They give a supernatural or almost 3D effect to the anime.
The plot is not too obvious in the anime yet, though the great music (both from the anime and the first and third PV'S) and animation is more than enough to spur me on! (In fact, the raw episode was released just now)
The seiyuu's are amazing, if you didn't know, the cast is full of well established talented seiyuu's providing personality to their characters, especially to Shiro. HIS VOICE, lord, never heard anything like it, suits him perfectly. Endearing, playful, breathy - the seiyuu's really do a fantastic job. Can't forget about Daisuke Ono either......!
You'll get some of the plot better if you read articles from ANN or try reading the manga - s'got the same great amazing art (thanks AQUA scans!)
and a better insight into some of the characters.

Unlike Blast of Tempest or whatever its name is, the music in this series is much better and used to accent the scenes rather than as a constant backdrop. >.>

Ha, Isana Yashiro is a troll. This episode confirms it. I agree with the music although I also liked Tempest's soundtrack as well. But anyways, this episode was entertaining especially with Neko.

Funny episode is funny especially with that long chase scene.

I just like how Neko runs around naked an no one pays much attention to her. lol

Also, I liked Blasts music too, but it doesnt stop and in the first episode it was far too loud.

Well, I really enjoyed this episode the two leads have grown on me.
I don't really like Neko, the fanservice is too overly indulgent.

Neko is only visible to certain people like that main character white haired kid and that samurai dude, i guess that is the reason other people do not mind her nakedness XD... and wow Neko's power is genjutsu (illusion) talk about Sharingan power from Naruto there XD

That Neko girl is a HUGE fanservice for male guys because she gives NOTHING to the story. She's useless and dumb.

I like the animation but I still don't know if I like the anime as a whole. I need to know the characters better and story because I have no idea what's going on!

Considering this is an original story on it's second episode, I can't see how you came to that conclusion.

Just finished episode 2. Considering dropping it, the next few episodes will decide whether or not.

The whole "oh so goofy" chase and how it concluded just made it so ... meh. Plus Shiro's voice is horribly bland. It grinds my gears.
