This show just took a step toward being good! Episode 7 actually explains many of the things that were horribly off in the early part of the show. They also explain why the red king's minions are so hell bent for revenge a lot better, and they introduce the true powers of the colorless king, (who is evidently supposed to be the weakest of them). His power: illusion. At least that is how I figured it. They also introduced a new villain character that might make it so that all of the opposing forces that have been squabbling over who gets to kill Shiro will have to combine their powers for the good of mankind or some other noble goal.

Prediction:

We'll see if I'm right. If I am, I won't be disappointed in it being predictable, btw. Most shows are. They got to this point with style and flair, and this twist did throw me for a loop, so it is a step ahead of many at this point. I still have major issues with the paper thin nature of the overly abundant cast, but many of the plot issues that I had with the show are now gone, raising it up in my rankings next time around... Maybe to tier 1?

I agree the show has definitely gotten better, though it still isn't "tier 1" for me. We'll see how well it improves over the next few episodes.

I was afraid at the begining that this anime will be one those with all flair and no substance but it actually gotten better and interesting. I just wished this anime is longer so we can see more stories about each character and the past especially the red gang, HOMRA.

Now i am curious about the Silver King.He is one crazy guy too.I wonder what is his power..

Its just funny how the story of this ahime is all about the murder of Tetsuka in one long loopy arc about the people around him.

This episode felt like they were trying to take down a terrorist becuase the president got killed or something.

Ya, I'm more curious on the Silver King as well and getting more information of him.

It was okay I guess. Neko's quite retarded during that helicopter scene imo. I guess curiosity is going to get them killed if they rush into that sort of situation. Other than that, I found the talk about who is being "shrewd" a bit amusing.

Well, it's not the best episode but at least progressed the plot a little forward. I'm alright with that tbh.

And ugh, this food looks disgusting:

Anyway, when this show first started I was totally lost, but the animation was good so I stuck around hoping for questions to be answered.

What a strange and scientific way to start off the episode.

So, some history related to the Silver King is also revealed. I liked Mikoto's breakout part the most this episode as it shows his intensity and skills and why he is known as the Red King.

Mikoto really blew away the competition this episode.

I'll just start by saying Red King= boss.

Shit got real this episode especially at school. It reminded me a little of Code Geass R1. The Mikoto and Anna scenes were nice/cute to watch this episode but other than that..not much else to say for now.

Anyways, this episode was okay. I enjoyed some of the fights despite them being a bit forceful. As usual though, Neko is useless, annoying, and gets in the way. However, good to know at least some info revealed.
