At first I really didnt like the character design and I got over that. I really love Kaji as a seiyuu but man his character is whiny as heck. I havent check the manga yet so I dont how much of the story they veered off. Sometime production company does that when they are trying to extend the anime since the figures are looking very good.

Iv'e watched to eisode 25 im guessing im invested enough into the characters that I will see the series through, having not read the manga I can't help shake the feeling this will be a long series.

Definitely my type of large cast anime and I really am hoping for a long series. It seems unlikely it'll be short considering the sheer amount of characters O_O It took me some time to get into it (about 8 episodes) and then it stayed awesome for awhile then teetered back off to being average. I really expected more from these last few episodes.
