New Fall Titles: GIRLS und PANZER and Magi

UPDATE

Hey everyone, lugiamania here taking over keikawa's thread for another announcement! Hot on the heels of Magi, we're excited to announce GIRLS und PANZER coming this fall! It's moe overload and military artillery in an alternate Japan where operating tanks is an important part of a girl's upbringing!

GIRLS und PANZER will launch next Wednesday, October 10, at 8pm PDT for all you premium members, and a week later on October 17 for free users. This title will be available in the following territories: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Scandinavia, and South Africa.

In alternate Japan where the art of operating tanks and artillery is considered just as an important for a girl's education as is flower-arranging or the tea ceremony, every school has a tank club and all the girls participate. The main protagonist, Miho Nishizumi, is a girl who dislikes tanks and just wants to have a normal high school experience. However, after being ordered by the student council president to join the tank club, can she and her friends overcome their dilapidated tanks to win the national tournament?

GIRLS und PANZER is being directed by Tsutomu Mizushima and produced by Kiyoshi Sugiyama, while military history adviser Takaaki Suzuki from Upotte!! will also be reprising his role for GIRLS und PANZER. NicoNico vocalist-turned professional singer ChouCho will be providing the opening, “DreamRiser,” and the voice actresses for the five main girls will be singing the ending, “Enter Enter MISSION!
