I have synethesia. The number 6 is a dark blue, and is 34 years old. My name, Zoey, is silver, with dark yellow, bright orange, and purple-violet highlights and hues. Basically, every number I see, is a certain color, some even the same, and has its own personality in my mind. Words appear colorful in my mind, along with sound, and touch. The colors are right if I am fond of the song, and sometimes, if I'm paying attention, I can catch grammar mistakes, because the colors don't seem right.
Look it up if you're curious for more information. I discovered I had this condition at the age of 7. I thought every one else had the same sensations I feel and see. But I guess not. It really isn't a big deal to me, but to others, it is. If anyone has synethesia, please, share your experiences. It's comforting to know that I'm not the only one with these odd sensations. |

OH HEY. I didn't know it was you who posted this.... I guess I just click on through. I was about to comment "HEY, I know someone with Synthesia!"
... Anyway, is the number 6 really 34 years old? How old is the number 13? That's my favorite number. Heh. |

Someday you will die and somehow something's going to steal your carbon.

He's around 20 years old. And he's bright purple. At the bottom of the one, it turns violet. Sorry, I tend to go into detail. |

I think I've got some kind of synethesia too, though not as strong as you have, I'm just seeing colors in names, words and letters, numbers and sometimes in music. Like my name, Reetta, is red-orange in my mind and Zoey, your name is absolutely purple with some black
And when I think about numbers I see them in some kind of meandering graph in my mind and often count things in dices, dunno if they are synthesia. But I've noticed that I had these feelings stronger when I was a child; I had a more time to think about thing's colors when I didn't have to use my brains to think about my studies, today's grocery shopping and facebook updates... And when I'm now mostly listening anime songs, the pictures and colors from the serie come to my mind... I hope this doesn't disappear! I've also wondered is synethesia that unusual at all, when I asked my friends do they have it, two of my friends also had. They're both creative and artistic persons who have a strong imagination, and I think I'm like that too. Though there were also friends who couldn't understand at all what i was talking about. When asked this in my family, my both brothers (ages 13 and 9) said they have it. But my parents didn't understand at all. And I saw from TV that synesthesia is more common at children. So I wonder if many people have synethesia as children, but it goes away when they grow and only certain kinds of people can remain it? |

I don't like calling Rose of Versailles "berubara", but it saves space :/
