38 - Neo Armstrong Cyclone Jet Armstrong Cannon (need I say more?)
67B - Sacchan as a nurse (so ridiculously hot, plus the scene with the candle and Kagura & the doctor's prognosis of Gintoki's diabetes if it continues, probably peed myself a little)
84-85 - "Hard-boiled" Detective (that scene where he says something like "Shizuka ni!" while on top of a Harley with the lights on and engine revving is forever burned into my memory, plus the conveyor trap lol)
121-123 - Monkey Hunter arc (L aka Cloud aka Madao ftw, Kondou's "item" harvesting, Gintoki spinning at the end, etc.)
139-146 - Housen Yoshiwara arc (Kunai gags were hilarious but mainly love how badass Gintoki and Tsukuyo were [i.e. her "*itch" pipe])
188 - A Madao observation journal, doesn't get any better than that

Just a small sample of the creme de la creme for me, the show is too epic to list them all

That would be a terrible terrible idea.

The first 10 episodes or more introduces the characters and the running jokes that happen throughout the series.
