I am worried for Little Busters, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, Sukitte ii na yo and others which premiere earlier than October 11th.

It's not really that they "snagged" them so much as that all 4 are TBS shows, which, to my knowledge, TBS has never streamed on CR. So Sentai really had no other choice, if they wanted to simulcast them, TAN had to do it.

However, I think your point still stands though. TBS likely trusted TAN more since TAN has been around much longer than Crunchyroll.

Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! and To Love Ru Darkness premiered on Tokyo MX, and don't even air on TBS at a later date. While The Idolm@ster was on TBS, it appears licensing for it was actually handled by Aniplex. Even then, it could hardly be called a simulcast. Nakaimo - My Sister is Among Them! was on TBS, and was definitely a simulcast, but shows as licensed by Media Factory. Even TAN hasn't had much success simulcasting TBS shows (no more than Funimation), so getting two in a single season is quite a coup.
