Having friends of the gender to which you are attracted is difficult when you are single. Not so much after you get into a relationship. So, it will probably be difficult for a time, but you just need to keep looking. If she is a good friend, she'll understand your difficulties (so long as you actually explain them to her).

Your probably right that once I get into a relationship with someone else most of my issues will go away. Gonna suck until then, but hopefully she will understand how I am feeling and is at least aware of it. Gonna try and see her when she get's back in town and then I will decide if I think I should be honest about it right away or wait a lttle while. She seemed really open about it when she told me. Which I am taking as a good sign. |
