I was dissapointed when I found out they were just delusions in her head, so I stopped watching. I'll probably pick up the show again after it's finished, or when I have the patience. It just didn't hold my interest after I found out the fights were fake. :/ This anime definitely should not be defined by its illusory fighting scenes. While they do bring about a change of pace, this anime is a lot more than that. You should definitely give it a second try. It's very heartfelt and romantic, but their is definitely a sadness within it as seen in most of the recent episodes. Yeah, I took a second look at it after seeing everybody excited, and it turns out that I stopped about an episode before things started to get interesting. I'm planning on watching it today, as a matter of fact. |

It's like a trend to draw me in with happy previews that hide the true depressing nature. First Madoka, now this.

Are you okay with your current position?

I'd just assumed that the anime was following the plot of the Light Novels, so I never bothered to check them out. But last night I was bored so I decided to give them a try. They're actually pretty awesome, and have very very little in common with the show.
I think that anyone who enjoys the anime should definitely check them out. The fan translation isn't bad, and it's cool to read an entirely different story with these characters. Rikka is cuter, Yuuta is nicer and more likable, Isshiki and Nibutani are about the same, and instead of Kumin and Dekomori there are two entirely different characters. And all in all it plays off as more of a high school romance than the anime does. So far I've read the first and half of the second. I'm hoping that it doesn't end on a cliff hanger though because it looks like they aren't being worked on anymore. |

Blast reality. Burst it into shreds. Banishment...this world!

Man that was a good episode. I'm going to miss this series big time, I wish it could last longer. I highly highly doubt it will ever get a second season, but I would be pretty stoked if it did.
Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide The revelation of Yuuta being Rikka's inspiration, and Yuuta embracing the Dark Flames at the end there really got me all choked up! I also finished the Light Novels, and the second novel all in all ended up being a little bit hit and miss for me. But I would still highly recommend them for any fans of the anime. Particularly now that the anime has ended. |

I swear the series could not have ended better if it had tried harder. It was so sweet and romantic and innocently cute. Yuuta bending reality one last time (or so it looked) for Rikka. Another tear-jerker.
Best series of 2012. Also I really liked the narration at the end of the show, it was very heartfelt and wraps it up really nicely without trying to hard to make the ending really special. |

so rikka visit her father grave while yuuta still wonder cause of what he did to for making rikka normal yet also see dekomori being normal til see kumin being wicked eye?
give after talk with nibutani & more wonder til letter from his dark flame side to remind him & some i got it yuuta go bike ride to see rikka then quick meet kumin reveal wicked eye of rikka all cause it was yuuta that inspire rikka. so after long bike yuuta all dark flame mode call for rikka she leap then ride together with everyone helping so yuuta full dark flame mode so give rikka one last goodbye to her dad. after all everything back to chuuibyou-normal with rikka all better The End. ] (overall series worth the watch from slice of life, fun, drama, emotion, & etc all truly a wonderful series to watch look forward if ever dub come out with besides there always a chuunibyou within ourselves.) |

Rikka is adorable, but at the same time it really was sad.
Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide The fact that she started her fantasy after idolizing Yuuta just playing around 2 years earlier without him knowing ahhhhh. Then he was trying to fix her and help her understand that it was all fake. Reality is cruel sometimes. I understand her being upset after losing a parent, and stuff like this does some times happen.....however the last scene with her yelling goodbye :'( I hope at that point she knew enough what was happening and that she wasn't going to go back into her old state and that it satisfied that part of her. Otherwise Yuuta's struggles were kinda pointless. All in all....I really liked this one. |

I really like how they came up with the 8th grade syndrome. Shows how teenagers can easily lose grip of reality. Definitely a show worth watching for those who havent.

What a fantastic series. I will very much miss watching this every week, but they had a very enjoyable ending and it felt whole.

Great show and great ending. This is definitely on my "must buy" list once it is licensed over here, and I have no doubt that it will be.
One of the best parts is how the characters really grew, and grew together, over the course of the show. Though I would love to see more, I'm glad it ended like this. |

What's the point of your spoiler post? There's no reason to give a complete plot summary for an episode that some might have not seen yet. At least it's horrible engrish so people won't be getting too ruined if they happen to read it. |
