Both Countdown and FansubDB peg it at 13 episodes.

WEll if its 13 then we are amost half way there.

Sakurai san character Yamato is sooooo sweet and his delivery matches it so much .I love it.

Now they are going to play around with the inferiority complex Mei has compared to the new character on Episode 6 .

I love anticipating each weekly episode with simulcasts but I also enjoy a seven hour marathon of a catalog title once in a while.

I read ahead with the manga for these shows too. I'm currently reading volume five of Sukitte ii na yo(/9) but dont worry, I wont discuss it here.

Can someone please tell me when episode 7 airs? I absolutely love it, and can't seem to find out when this anime airs. By the way, don't you think Yamato looks like Sebastian from Kuroshitsuji? ;D

Because its really good! I used to read and watch just seinen but this season Say I love you and My Little Monster are really good. Last year, Chihayafuru was good, and there is a sequel coming!

Nothing as successful as Sukitte ii na yo. Her MAL page: http://myanimelist.net/people/3424/Kanae_Hazuki

Horiko Hanemono Ranger went three volumes. The rest look like one offs or aren't in print anymore. Looks like her drawing style hasn't changed much!

Thanks! Did you read the manga, by any chance? I was wondering if you know when the next chapter is coming out.

I am reading the manga in Japanese, volume five currently, ahead of the show. I have up to volume nine which came out in July. Ten should be out in January. It is published in KC Dessert magazine monthly around the 24th. The magazine carries Tonari no Kaibutsukun which I read as well. The December issue cover features Yamato and Haru. I buy them from amazon.co.jp and have no idea if or when the scanlators get to it as am I totally legit with my anime and manga.

I would love to be totally legit but unfortunately I can't read Japanese, only have taken 1 elementary Japanese class. I do, however, purchase the manga if and when it comes to the US, not that often with shoujo manga though

To answer kawaii the scan team that is working on Suki tte ii na yo seems to release regularly, they recently released chapter 24.

So they are at the end of volume six then...

Frustration about the speed, availability and accuracy of translations was a driving factor in my wanting to learn Japanese so I do understand somewhat but...

It still makes me sad. In MAL there are 13997 members for the Sukitte ii na yo manga and I suspect I am the only one who buys them. While it sells well in Japan, about 200000 copies / issue, 14000+ lost sales * 6 volumes still represents a lot of money, ¥37 million unless my math is incorrect. Really too bad it isn't licensed as Kanae chan works her butt off on this stuff.

Glad the anime is popular anyways though BD preorders don't look great. I hope the predictions are wrong, still very early too, dont ship for months.

If you can read Japanese, her crazyChick blog is fun. I like Kanae Hazuki ...
